Ebonie & Meghan believe that supervision isn't just a 'nice to have' as a space holder, but deeply imperative.
Meghan is an intersectional social justice activist, qualified advocate, somatic embodiment practitioner/Qoya teacher, Practical Magic Coach, Irish Celtic Shaman, and Founder of Sacred Kernow Retreats and The Intuition Conversations Podcast.
Meghan’s values of equity, collaboration and feminine leadership infuse all of her work as she supports folks to come home to themselves, their bodies, their lineage, to nature, community and the divine. Supervision has been an uncompromising part of Meghan’s work in social justice and front-line activism and she has extended this commitment to her coaching, teaching and somatic work as well.
Ebonie is a modern Mystic, an mBit (multiple brain integration technique) certified Master coach, a personal growth veteran and the daughter of a psychotherapist. She has been facilitating and holding space for 25 years + grew up witnessing the importance of Supervision and CPD that is supportive of you as a person as well as a professional.
Professionally: She’s the creator of The Value Filter™ system, Author of "From Misfit to Maven," and an award-winning International Life and Business Coach accredited by The Coaching Academy and mBraining International who specialises in Embodied Alchemy and coming home to your wild + true self.
Personally: She's a pussycat slash mermaid - when she’s not working, you’ll find her splashing about in the sea, curled up in a sunny spot or off chasing a rainbow.

What's Included:
Once a month Ebonie and Meghan host a two and a half hour circle for you to come together and be seen, heard and understood.
Offered at two different times on the same day: one during the day-time and one in the evening (UK time).
You get to choose the one that suits you best month to month.
To begin, Ebonie will take you on a voice-led mBraining guided visualisation journey which will ground you into the space and connect you with and cohere your multiple intelligences.
Then Meghan will lead a Qoya embodied movement class to give you the opportunity to notice the sensations in your body and deepen your connection to your intuition, heart, voice and highest wisdom.
After which we'll take a short comfort break and then come into our Supervision Circle where there will be the opportunity for everyone to check in and two people to take the 'hot-seat' and share what is on their heart and how they would like to be supported.
These will not be recorded and are an opportunity to experience being held by community and supervised by experienced facilitators.
Alongside our circle we will have a community space to share messages and stay in contact with one another outside of our monthly meeting spaces.
Supervision is a standard requirement for therapists and counsellors, but not often sought out by coaches or well-being practitioners.
Our supervision sessions for coaches, well-being practitioners and soulpreneurs offer oversight & support from a more experienced provider and offer and an opportunity for objectivity & reflection – a space to be held instead of holding.
We do this work in order to help people. We care deeply and want to be giving our best, but that good intention can be compromised if we become too subjectively involved, if we give too much, if we become out of balance with the flow of receiving our own medicine.
Well-being is an unregulated, fast growing and adolescent industry - We’re sure you have your own examples of questionable practice and we get to be part of the solution; creating ways to increase safe, professional and ultimately effective practice with our colleagues.
If we really want to help people and stand apart from those that are more focused on optics than actual change, we need a place where we can be transparent and share the burdens of our work.
The Supervision Circle™️ is here to release the tension of continually holding space and allow us all to be challenged, supported and nourished.
If we don’t do this, we run the risk of transference, projection, burnout and unnecessary unconscious harm.
It’s important to make sure that we're always in our remit or scope of practice and that can become difficult to identify when we are subjectively involved or when we don’t take the time to reflect. The objectivity of supervision supports good healthy boundaries for client & practitioner, regardless of where you sit within the well-being world.
As a practitioner dealing with physical, psychological, energetic, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being it’s imperative that we have a place to go to ecology check our experiences and make sure we're not holding too much alone.
What’s even more important is that this isn’t just a head-based experience. We deserve embodied, coherence led, multi-intelligence supervision and support.
As business owners and well-being practitioners, we often work on our own, which can lead to feelings of isolation, loneliness and not being seen or understood at the core of who you are and what you offer in the world.
